Welcome to the Lonsdale House. It's located in Oakwood, Ohio, a small city just adjacent to Dayton. Oakwood is the home of the famous Wright Brothers and their estate, Hawthorn Hill, sits on a lovely green hill just blocks from the Lonsdale House, which was built in the 1920s. Come on in and let me give you a tour of this charming Dutch Colonial.
Would you like to sit for a spell on the front porch? There are two sets of French doors leading out from the living room to the Front Porch, where you can relax and take in the beauty of the Maple, Oak, and Pear Trees that line and overhang the quiet street.
Professional Landscaping was added to the front and back in 2008. Vinyl siding makes for low maintenance.
